I am Siyumi, “Isa and Mar Kids Boutique” idea was born during the start of my journey as a mother. It was initially sparked by the arrival of my first daughter; however, it was put on hold as life became busier.

Although my priorities shifted, my vision never got faded. When my second daughter was born, I knew the time had finally come to turn my passion into a
reality.

Every beautiful piece is thoughtfully designed by me and the atelier Manager
and crafted by a talented team of artisans in Sri Lanka, who works from their homes. Each dress is handmade with love and attention to detail, capturing the essence of beauty, comfort and elegance.

The greatest reward in this journey has been seeing our designs embraced and loved by children everywhere :)

Refund Policy

We hope you to love every purchase from our store, but if something isn’t quite right you can return for a full refund or exchange, provided that the item is returned:

  • in original condition
  • unwashed
  • unworn
  • all labels & tags still attached

Goods purchased must be returned within 14 days of receiving your parcel for a refund or exchange. Please make sure the goods required to be at our store before the 14th day. Returns received outside of our return/exchange period may not be accepted. Please keep in mind the postage times when sending back your items and ensure the garments arrive at Isa & Mar within the return time period.

Isa & Mar cannot be held liable for returns lost by the postal service. We recommend sending the returns using registered or tracked post. We do not offer free returns/exchanges & it is the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of postage to and from our store for all exchanges.

All returned items that do not comply with our returns/exchanges policy may automatically be returned to the customer. Please keep in mind most of Isa & Mar’s products are limited edition & exchanges are subject to availability. If the item, you are wishing to exchange for is not in stock by the time we receive your parcel you will get fully refunded. We cannot pre-order or hold stock.

If you need to return/ exchange, please email isamar.kidsboutique@gmail.com. Please Include the name on the order, address the item was received, item name and the reason for the return.

Isa & Mar Kids Boutique does not offer returns, exchanges on sale items.

Isa & Mar reserves the right to refuse any stock for a refund/ exchange if they do not deem the item to be fit for return.

Faulty, Damaged or wrong item Received

At Isa & Mar all garments are inspected thoroughly for any faults or damages prior to shipping. Please inspect your order upon receipt and immediately contact us at isamar.kidsboutique@gmail.com. We can then access the situation and make it right for you.

Shipping Policy

Shipping and Delivery


Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and public holidays.

We offer flat-rate shipping within Australia. Express shipping will be AUD $15, Standard shipping AUD$10 and free postage on all orders above AUD$200.

Please note, shipping times are in addition to dispatch times. According to the AUS post website Standard shipping can take 3 to 7 business days and express 1 to 3 business days.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Use the provided tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Shipping Restrictions:

We currently ship within Australia only. We may consider international shipping, if interested please email us at isamar.kidsboutique@gmail.com

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Pleas ensure that the shipping address provided is secure and accurate. We recommend using your place of work address.

International Shipping:

Caring Our Dresses

  • Hand warm wash recommended
  • Use a mild detergent
  • Turn the dress inside out when washing
  • Lay flat to dry, do not use dryer
  • Use a warm iron with caution
